It totally changed the idea of IS module in my mind.
'Mind Quest for Excellence' is one of the IS modules I'm taking this semester. The lecturer is a man with a strict and serious looking, but he can joke without laughing. And the way he compared the ability of a poly student with a JC student impressed me a lot. He is always observing that his house is bigger, his car is more advanced, the rubish he threw is much better and the dog he keeps is fatter, which shows he has much more pocket money than JC guy does. Ran 2.4km in the campus

I'm not really keen to take NAPHA test, since it's not a big deal to me. Well... I just wanted to work out to lose my stubborn fat. Haiz... I have tried very hard these days, haven't I? My two toes are in pain now because of a wrong size sneaker, they look a little swollen and one of the second toes is in black. Oh... I hope they are not getting worse if I continue running.
Coincidentally, I'm feeling my life becomes more and more meaningful. I shouldn't have kept myself remaining in one state.
I have persisted in running 2.4km to the end and I just got passed. Hahaha... Just don't let me see any slopes in a short time.

Thanks to my new room-mate that I had got a chance to revisit Chinatown yesterday. I couldn't tell the feeling now, but when I saw all the foreigners taking photos and buying souvenir

Long weekend

48hrs for 2 days, but why was it like 2 weeks? The moment I opened my eyes, I realised I had to clean up my room and paste the wrapping paper to the disgusting wall. There seems no destination at all that I just kept rushing here and there...
Anyway, I thank my new room-mate sincerely for giving me the change to have a trip to the airport. haha... I miss the place, because I know I won't go there shortly since last trip.

Cry when sleeping

In the dream, I felt extremely sad and couldn't help crying.
After I awoke from it, I found my eyes were wet.
I dreamed of my family, especially my father...
Maybe I miss him, my lovely father.
Feeling lost when getting more and more...

I have been worried about the quake very much. What a big disaster! Nobody could imagine before. I hope it will never happen again.
It's the first time I have donated my money so sincerely, from the bottom of my heart. I have being watching the live news everyday, I couldn't help crying every time I saw the poor children. Anyway, I really admire the government this time, they have put so much effort. And people of China, they really impressed me, they make me think my mother country is really really great.
I appericiate I'm overseas, because it makes my mind much clearer. I have got back what I lost.

Gonna take sleeping pills

Too nervers to sleep & getting older and older. My god!
My report really sucks now. I woke up at 2:30 am the night before & 3:30am last night. After I switched on my laptop, my eyes couldn't help closing. If anyone tell me that your report is done, I will stick on my laptop the whole night. I should appreciate it compared to all my friends who are doing projects now. Where is my sleep? woo.....woo.....

Going to change my hair style

I'm getting sick of my hair style, must change it! Poor me! I'm still not sure about the shape of my face, round or square? Maybe there is too much fat to find out... I'm also worried about the cost, it mustn't be cheap because it's in Singapore. Haiz... So difficult to survive! I hope I can work as soon as possible to get my own money that I can do whatever I want to do!

Dam Morning

It took me around 40 mins to wait for the bus, no doubt I was late and it was about half an hour.
The rain in Singapore is always very heavy, but nobody is able to complain to the nature. The reporter kept reporting the places where the car accidents happened and the high ways which are jamed. Poor me, standing in the wind, listening to the happy reporter, waiting for the extremely slow bus.

Woman-heels

I still couldn't get used to my heels, it makes my little toes suffer. Especially when I walk fast, all my body weight load on my front sole. Oh, God! All the pain come along. I don't know how the models could manage all the heels. They are really superwomen.
I wonder why my heels are very easy to get destroyed. Is it because of my weight? Haiz... I don't want to admit it.
Anyway, to every lady who likes to be pretty, please wear proper shoes when you walk & work...

Work until I Die

It's not so horrible to work until dying.
Yesterday there was an Indian woman seeing doctor. I didn't know she is 75 years old and she said she is still working. It's unbelievable because normal people retire at 60++.
Now I don't think the society is terrible that let old people continue workig. As I saw these days, sometimes working can make people healthy and maybe even live longer. I hope when I get older and older, I can still work at that time, I don't want to stay at home waiting to see God.

Happiness

Today morning I went to the ward to give the questionnaire. The patient is an old lady, I was thinking it will take me & her a long time to finish my work. Yup, it became true.
Before I entered the room, i saw a sad & quiet lady sitting there. I told her what I am doing and what I want her to do. She was not so patient and looked tired. I started asking her questions, sometimes she couldn't understand so much, she just talked about whatever she liked. It's so challenging to me. When I asked whether she felt happy or not, she started her story. Haiz... I became a good listener.
It's a normal story as most of the elderly have, has nobody to talk and has nobody to walk in the park... Feeling lonely.
I comforted her, you will get better, keep happy, keep relaxed...
In the end she smiled, she was very happy to tell how she felt, she said 'thank you' to me.
Hohohohoho... I had never found out I have such ability.

I heared it on the bus

High-Tech

Can you guess what I did just now? I did fix the huge Photostat machine! I didn't think I could do anything with it when it was stuck.
When I was copying the forms double-sided, suddenly it stopped working. What a shock! I was so worried that I had made some mistakes. I made myself calm down, I realised the instruction appeared in the mini screen, telling me that paper jams occured and teaching me how to fix it. I tried opening some covers to check where the papaer was, but I didn't get it. A seniour staff came in, I told her there is a paper jam. She reached out her hand into the machine after a few seconds one piece of the crumpled paper came out. HooHoo... How brave & smart she is! But the machine seemed not happy at all. When another staff copied one-side paper, it had no problem. It just doesn't want to help me. I checked it again, hehe, I saw the paper staying deep inside the machine, I took it out. I was so happy to see the printed paper coming out.
The machine looks like a human being today, it can tell you what to do when it has some problems.

Black coffee

I filled my stomach in NUS. I wondered why people travel so much just for one meal, don't they feel tired? Anyway, I'm not gonna talk about it now.
One minute ago I drank one big cup of black coffee, that's too fantastic that I can't tell my feeling now. It almost turned my stomach. I think I was cheated, bacause I did take notice of the label 'coffee with sugar', why was it still so bitter? To follow what I have been tought that 'treasure the food you are having', I drank up all by holding my breath.
I have heared about the way to keep slim by drinking black coffee and ensure that neither sugar nor milk is added. There might be some chemical staff to kill the fat gines inside your body. That becomes a good idea to make me drink it.
Frankly speaking, the food which turns your stomach is always doing something good to your body, the Chinese medicine is a good example, so is coffee.

Cute kid

I went shopping today! I bought high-heel shoes and super glue, there seems to be some link between them. Yes, sure!
In the shopping center, I met a cute Indian baby, extremely cute! At that moment I was looking at something else, suddenly I saw him(or her?). At first, he shew up his smiling face to us in his bassinet, excited & happily. When we looked at him, he bacame more excited, saying "Hi! Hi!" & waving his hand. How surprised to me! He didn't feel scared in front of strangers and even greeted to us although he is so young. When I passing by him, I shaked hands with him, so soft and small! How cute is the baby!
I can tell it now why people love cute babies. Because they make people happy.

Bad Day

"Who are you!", he shouted. I was so shock. Damn it! What a shame!
A young-student doctor, but without any respect to his teacher, that's what I think.
So? Doctor doesn't mean anything even he is not that popular and he doesn't have any achivement.
Bad day! I have never been treated like this, making me go insane. In that situation, I still had to keep calm and smiling, extremly crazy!

Change my part-time job again

This morning I went to DBS transferring $$ & changing mailing address. By the way asked about school loan... A complicated problem that I will meet in the future.
The moment when I stepped out of the builing, I realised that why not apply for job in NTUC BY THE WAY? Hohohohoho... I filled up the form, carefully and sincerely. I always change my job, anyway part-time job is a floating job...

I think I have already got used to Last-minute study. That's a good manner to study...hahaha...Just a joke.

Getting tired of it now. Last night I even couldn't fall asleep, dreaming of all the words of ESA. Hohoho I suddenly woke up from the horrible dream and continued studying at 3:00am ~~~~~
